RETURN POLICY

We offer a full refund on items which are damaged/ defective or if an error was made on your order. Please contact us at info@handcraftedholidays.ca with a detailed description of the defect/damage or error along with a photo of the product. We will contact you with details as to your refund.

I accept E-Transfer and I also Pay Pal. I use Pay Pal for all of my own on line purchases and they area very well respected and safe company.
